Abstract:
By means of flow function model of upper bound method,an ideal model for extrusion in ordinary thickwall tube is founded,followed by qualitative analysis of the forming principles of ordinary thick-wall tube.Then,based on experimental research,the forming technology of small deep cone hole in thickwall tube and prediction of the technological size are studied.The ideal model for open type extrusion in ordinary thickwall tube is modified.
