Abstract:
The whole analysis model including sheet metal,dies and blank holder is built by the aid of ANSYS/LS\|DYNA3D software The numerical simulation is carried out to spherical parts drawing process The latitudinal stress field and its varying process of the sheet metals inner and outer layer is obtained The basis for judging inner buckle is pointed out It is of important meaning to reveal the mechanism of inner buckle
