Abstract:
In this paper ,A Virtual Manufacturing System (VMS)for Autopanel Stamping Based on Internet/Intranet is proposed.The Internet/Intranet based information system is used to act as the platform of VMS,and some popular computer techniques such as Virtual Reality,Multimedia and Scientific Visualization are applied to construct the virtual environment of VMS.Depending on the Expert Systems and Case based reasoning(CBR),the chains of modeling ,simulating and controlling are integrated to realize the VMS for Autopanel Stamping .The authors also shows the cocurrent processing approach based on the Blackboard Control System on virtual environment,and the user interface of the VMS is illustrated by the example of deep drawing of Autopanel.
