Abstract:
A calculation and measurement is made of vibration for foundation of a vibration isolated clutch press Model SPKA11200, the result of which shows that the vertical vibration of the press and its foundation is mainly excited by the initial force of the ram during blowing In excitation effects, the force is approximately equal to an impulse which is the moment difference of the ram before and after blowing The inertial moment of the flywheel and the screw is the cause of twisting vibration, and the excitation effect of the moment is approximately equal to an impulse moment which is also the moment difference of momentum of the flywheel and the screw before and after blowing The inner vibration of the column of the press is very small, far less than the vertical vibration caused by the inertial force of the ram, and it, therefore, is negligible
