Abstract:
In the Paper,the traditional forging technology is analyzed,the source of low utilization ration of metal material and heating energy is indicated,the design method and technology on saving metal material and energy for foriging technoloy based on computer optimization is proposed,and the forging technology is reformed using new technology,it saves more about 1/4 of metal material and energy than old technology.
