Abstract:

This paper had analyzed the deformation of conical part that is the typical parts in curved parts during the forming.The three main strains of each point on sheet are measured by grid method,and the blank is divided into five parts that are the flange , the round corner of die , the side wall of conical part , the round corner of punch and the bottom.The main deformation region that is side wall of conical part is analyzed.The deformation rule of conical part is concluded.The action and relation of each part are discussed during forming,and the dangerous points of the wrinkle or rupture are discovered.At the end,the deformation instance of differ phase during the drawing are analyzed,the foundation is established for further analysis of the curved parts.
