Abstract:
The relation between sintering temperature and oxygen content of Fe\|Ni\|Mn\|Mo partly pre\|alloyed powder is inspected. A series of hot powder forging tests of converter spline is carried out based on three kinds of the shape of preform including no teeth, low teeth and high teeth. The relative technical problems and difficulties, as well as corresponding measures are discussed.
