Abstract:
The paper advances a process of single step punching without burr, and researches the process as contrasted to a three step punching without burr, The die structure of the single step punching are simple,and convenience to operate. The precision of the die and the die cost are low.The length of bright shearing fracture to the hole reaches 80% of the thickness of the plate workpiece. The precision of size, shape and position to the hole has been raised extremely.The process of the single step has a great worth in the engineering manufacturing.
