Abstract:
A displacement sensor of strain foil is designed based on the characteristic of sheet shearing and blanking process.The displacement measurement range of the sensor can be adjustable in according with requirement and its relative accuracy is not changed.The displacement measurement can be carried out in shearing and fine blanking processes for different sheet metal by using the sensor together with the data\|acquisition system.The experimental devices of sheet shearing are fixed on the material experimental machine.It is suitable to short range of measurement.
