Abstract:
The important thing of bearing flange plate die forging process is assuring that the metal can occupy all the volume. The forging parameter can make subtle influence to the metal moving. By using the 3~5 nodes elastic-plastic symmetric FEM program, the forging process of bearing flange plate with thin side is simulated, the optimum parameter is presented.
