Abstract:
This paper presented the working theory of rotary forging forming and the orbits of the rocking shaft simply, and also analyzed the influence on the height dimensional precision of rotary forging formed parts detailedly, which was caused by the deflection of the rotary forging center and the unequal angle between rotary obliquity(that is angle of oscillation) and the taper of the rocking shaft. This paper also presented the appropriate application range of rotary forging presses which were produced home and abroad, and educed the following result:when the rotary forging press worked with a smaller angle of oscillation, it was suitable to forming net or near net shape parts.
