Abstract:
In this paper,on the condition of dies geometric restrain, no outer winkle in the forming and fully forming of drawbead, the maximum resistance of unsupported wall region is taken as the target function, and a mathematics model of parameter of drawbead is set up. Then some parameters of drawbead are optimized, such as the drawbead's height, the round's radius of drawbead, the radius of position and the round's radius of slot's edge. Thus a foundation for the selection of parameter is established. At last, an example of calculation is given.
