不同铆钉和凹模对钢-铝板材自冲铆接接头成形质量和力学性能的影响

摘要:

 研究了2种不同直径的铆钉以及4种不同凹模对HC340/590DP先进高强度钢和JDA1b铸铝材料组合自冲铆接接头的机械响应的影响。结果表明:相比于使用Φ5.5 mm铆钉的B组接头,使用Φ5.3 mm铆钉的A组接头的底切值和剪切峰值力均高于B组,但由于铆钉断裂,其能量吸收值低于B组。使用D型凹模的A2、B2接头的底切值高于其他接头,且在静拉力试验中接头的剪切峰值力均值为6.76 kN,能量吸收值最高,表现出良好的力学性能和稳定性。相比于深度为1.2 mm的凹模,使用深度为1.0 mm的凹模的接头的底切值和底部厚度均有所增加。使用D型凹模的A2、B2接头的失效模式均为铆钉从下层板脱落,而E、F型凹模的接头失效模式混合了铆钉从下层板脱落和铆钉断裂,且铆钉断裂为脆性断裂。

 The influences of two different diameters of rivets and four different dies on the mechanical response of self-piercing riveting joints   combining advanced high-strength steel HC340/590DP and cast aluminum material JDA1b were studied. The results show that the comparied to the group B joints with Φ5.5 mm rivet,the undercut value and shear peak force of the group A joints with Φ5.3 mm rivet are higher than that of group B joints. However, due to rivet fracture, its energy absorption value is lower than that of group B. The undercut values of A2 and B2 joints with the D-type dies are higher than that of the other joints, and the average shear peak force of A2 and B2 joints in the static tensile test is 6.76 kN, with the highest energy absorption values, showing better mechanical properties and stability. Compared with the die with a depth of 1.2 mm, the undercut value and bottom thickness of the joint   using the die with a depth of 1.0 mm are both increased. The failure mode of A2 and B2 joints using D-type dies is that the rivet is detached from the lower sheet, and the failure mode of the joints using E and F-type dies is a mixture of the rivet falling off the lower sheet and rivet fracture, and the rivet fracture is brittle fracture.
