大法兰螺母冲连皮冲头磨损分析及寿命改善

摘要:

 针对大法兰螺母多工位冷镦成形过程中冲连皮冲头磨损严重、寿命不足的问题,采用Deform-3D软件进行了数值模拟分析。基于实际工艺建立了冲连皮有限元模型,同时构建了材料流动应力模型、断裂模型及冲头磨损模型,并通过模拟结果验证了模型的可靠性。分析了关键工艺参数对冲头磨损的影响,并结合正交试验设计,研究了不同参数组合下冲头的磨损情况。极差分析结果表明,最优工艺参数组合为冲头锥面角度为6°、斜面角度为20°、圆角半径为R0.6 mm、锥面直径为Φ10.9 mm、冲孔间隙为0.10 mm、冲断速度为15 mm·s-1,此时冲头磨损深度最小。模拟和生产试验结果表明,优化后的冲头在保证内孔质量的同时显著提高了使用寿命,且模拟与试验结果吻合良好。

 For the problems of severe wear and insufficient service life for punch of flash trimming during the multi-station cold heading process of large flange nut, the numerical simulation analysis was conducted by software Deform-3D. Based on the actual process, a finite element model of flash trimming was established. Meanwhile, the material flow stress model, fracture model and punch wear model were constructed, and the reliability of the models were verified by the simulation results. The influence of key process parameters on the wear of punch was analyzed,and combining with the orthogonal experimental design, the wear conditions of punch under different parameter combinations were studied. The range analysis results show that the optimal process parameters are the punch cone angle of 6°, the slope angle of 20°, the fillet radius of R0.6 mm, the cone diameter of Φ10.9 mm, the punching clearance of 0.10 mm and the punching speed of 15 mm·s-1, at this time,the wear depth of punch is the least.The simulation and production test results show that the optimized punch significantly improves the service life while ensuring the quality of inner hole, and the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results.
