汽车尾门内外板合模工艺研究与应用

摘要:

 根据汽车尾门内外板的零件尺寸及结构特点,分析了尾门内外板零件的冲压方向、零件工艺性和各工序设计重点内容,并采用Autoform软件进行了有限元仿真,确定了合模工艺的可行性。通过对比尾门内外板合模的优点及问题,分析了合模工艺的优势。针对合模模具调试过程中遇到的OP40模具开模困难问题,提出了平衡尾门内外板侧氮气弹簧压力的改善措施。结果表明:汽车尾门内外板合模工艺能有效降低模具成本、提高生产效率、节约车间运行成本和减少模具存放占地空间,且实物成形良好,无起皱、缩颈开裂等明显的质量缺陷,满足量产装车要求。

 According to the dimension and structural characteristics of automobile tailgate inner & outer panels, the stamping direction, technological analysis of parts and design key content of each step were researched. And the finite element simulation analysis was carried out by using Autoform software, the feasibility of forming two parts in one die process was determined. Then, the advantages of forming two parts in one die process were analyzed by comparing the advantages and problems of forming two parts in one die for tailgate inner & outer panels. Furthermore, in view of the difficulty in opening die of OP40 encountered during the debugging of die, the improvement measure to balance the pressure of nitrogen spring in the side of tailgate inner & outer panels was proposed. The result shows that forming two parts in one die process for automobile tailgate inner & outer panels can effectively reduce the die cost, improve production efficiency, save workshop operating cost and reduce the die storage space. Thus, the formed parts are good without obvious quality defects such as wrinkling and cracking etc., which meet the requirements of mass production.
