5052H32铝合金薄板自冲铆接和无铆连接对比研究

摘要:

 对厚度为1.2 mm的汽车用5052H32铝合金薄板自冲铆接和无铆连接进行了对比研究。结果表明:铆钉长度为4 mm时,SPR接头互锁值较小,接头强度及能量吸收值较低,受剪切拉伸时铆钉角易从底层板脱离;铆钉长度为6 mm时,SPR接头底层板的最小剩余厚度较小,有腐蚀风险;铆钉长度为5 mm时,SPR接头强度、能量吸收值及剖面金相参数值为综合最优;无铆连接时,铆点数与接头强度值呈线性关系,与能量吸收值的关系可以通过二次多项式进行拟合。不同铆接方式的接头在横向和纵向受力方向上的强度和能量吸收值基本无差异。无铆连接接头受剪切拉伸时,其失效形式有3种:上层板颈部位置撕裂失效,上、下层板互锁脱离失效,混合失效。单点SPR的静强度等效于2个Clinching铆点,单点SPR铆接能量吸收值等效于3.6个Clinching铆点。

 

 The self-piercing riveting (SPR) and clinching of 5052H32 aluminum alloy sheet with the thickness of 1.2 mm for automobiles were comparatively studied. The result shows that when the rivet length is 4 mm, the interlock value of SPR joint is small, the joint strength and energy absorption value are low, and the rivet corners are easy to separate from the bottom plate when it is subjected to shearing and stretching. When the rivet length is 6 mm, the minimum remaining thickness of the bottom plate for SPR joint is small, and there is a risk of corrosion. When the rivet length is 5 mm, the strength, energy absorption value and metallographic parameter of SPR joint are comprehensively optimal. Furthermore,  during the 

clinching process,the number of riveting points has a linear relationship with the joint strength, and the relationship with the energy absorption value is fitted by a quadratic polynomial. In addition, the strength and energy absorption value of joints obtained by different riveting methods in the transverse and longitudinal force directions are basically no difference, and when the clinching joint is subjected to shearing and stretching, there are three failure modes such as tear fracture at the neck position of the upper sheet, interlocking and disengaging fracture of the upper and lower sheets and mixing fracture of the above two modes. Finally, the static strength of single-point SPR is equivalent to that of two riveting poomts for clinching, the energy absorption value of single-point SPR is equivalent to that of 3.6 riveting points for clinching.
