大角度型材框力和位移控制模式下拉弯成形对比研究

针对某一运载火箭的大角度型材框,对力和位移控制模式下的拉弯成形进行了模拟及试验研究,并通过模拟对比分析了两种控制方式下型材截面内、外侧的切向应力、切向应变沿轮廓分布情况及回弹情况。模拟结果显示,位移控制模式的优点在于渐增的拉伸力使得型材截面内、外侧切向应力差在弯曲包覆过程中不断减小,同时,对已包覆变形区产生一定的补拉作用,相对于力控制模式,其回弹量较小。试验分析了不同工艺参数时两种控制模式下拉弯成形的零件尺寸精度和淬火后变形程度。试验结果表明,在最优工艺参数下,位移控制模式相较于力控制模式成形的零件尺寸精度较高,淬火后变形程度较小,后续手工修整量小。

For large-angle profile frame of a carrier rocket, the stretch-bending processes under force and displacement control modes were simulated and studied experimentally, and the distribution situations of tangential stress and tangential strain along the profile inside and outside of profile section and the springback situation under two control modes were analyzed and compared by simulation. The simulation results show that the advantage of the displacement control mode is that the increasing tensile force causes the tangential stress difference inside and outside of profile section to decrease during the bending cladding process, and at the same time, a certain reinforcing effect produces in the covered deformation area. Compared with the force control mode, its springback is small. Furthermore, the dimension accuracy of part and the deformation degree after quenching in the stretch-bending under two control modes were analyzed experimentally by different process parameters. The experimental results show that, under the optimal process parameters, the size accuracy of parts formed by the displacement control mode is higher than those formed by the force control mode, the deformation degree after quenching is smaller, and the subsequent manual trimming amount is small.
