压力机平衡力对转动副间隙的影响

摘要:

根据非参数刚体接触-分离的转动副间隙分析模型,以间隙变化量大且对平衡力施加变化最敏感的转动副作为研究对象,对200 kN小型压力机所需的最佳平衡力进行了研究。为了确定压力机所需的最佳平衡力,从间隙角位移、间隙角速度、滑块运动误差和间隙碰撞力4个方面给出了间隙变化的评价指标。通过在滑块上施加不同的平衡力,分析4个间隙评价指标的变化,确定了施加给压力机滑块的最佳平衡力。最后,应用Adams仿真,验证了针对偏置六连杆机构拉深成形压力机,采用该间隙模型预测压力机的最佳平衡力是合理可行的。

Based on the non-parametric rigid body contact-separation clearance analysis model of revolute pair, for the revolute pair with the large amount of clearance change and the most sensitive to the change of balance force, the optimum balance force required for 200 kN compact press was studied, and the evaluation indicators of clearance change were given from four aspects such as the angular displacement of clearance, the angular velocity of clearance, the motion error of slider and the collision force of clearance to determine the optimal balance force required by the press. Then, the changes of the four clearance evaluation indicators were analyzed by applying different balance forces on the slider, and the optimum balance force applied to the slider of press was determined. Finally, the Adams simulation was used to verify that it is reasonable and feasible to predict the optimal balance force of press with the clearance model for the deep drawing press with offset six-bar linkage mechanism.
