薄壁筒形件内外齿旋挤复合成形

摘要:

针对薄壁筒形件内外齿加工效率低、成本高、精度低等问题,采用筒形件作为坯料,开展了旋挤复合成形工艺研究。分析了旋挤复合成形工艺相关运动规律、材料流动特性;通过理论计算及数值模拟确定相关成形工艺参数;然后加工相关工装,成形出高精度薄壁内外齿筒形件,并对相关工艺参数及数值模拟模型进行了验证。研究结果表明,旋挤复合成形工艺可实现高精度薄壁内外齿零件的高效制造;且相关工艺参数合理可靠;建立的数值模拟模型可对成形中材料流动及回弹特性准确预测;所得成果为此类零件旋挤成形工艺的开发提供了相关依据。

For the problem of low processing efficiency, high cost and low precision for thin-walled cylinder with inner-outer tooth, the thin-walled cylinder was selected as billet, and its spinning-extrusion compound forming process was studied. Then, the relevant motion law and the material flow characteristics of spinning-extrusion compound forming were analyzed, and the relevant forming process parameters were determined by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation. Furthermore, the relevant tooling was manufactured, the high-precision thin-wall cylinder with inner-outer tooth was formed, and the relevant process parameters and simulation model were verified. The results show that the high-precision thin-wall cylinder with inner-outer tooth is formed efficiently by the spinning-extrusion compound forming process, and the relevant processing parameters are reasonable and reliable. Thus, the built numerical simulation model accurately predicts the material flow and springback characteristics, and the obtained results provide reference for the development of spinning-extrusion compound forming process for such parts.
