卡箍成形件回弹模拟及优化设计

摘要:
针对卡箍模具冲压成形后,成形件因弹性变形消失而发生回弹的问题,利用ABAQUS对模具成形过程进行数值模拟,研究卡箍模具表面不同摩擦特性的分布对成形件回弹的影响。首先根据卡箍模具的特征结构对卡箍模具表面进行区域划分,并以卡箍成形件的回弹量为优化目标。采用单因素与均匀设计相结合的方法,确定当卡箍模具表面的最佳摩擦特性分布为:μ5=0.12,μ6=0.13,μ7=0.14,μ9=0.16,μ10=0.18,μf=0.11,其他区域摩擦系数为0.12,此时卡箍成形件的回弹量最小。并在数值模拟的基础上进行试验验证,试验结果表明卡箍成形件的回弹得到了改善。
For the springback problem of forming parts due to the disappearance of elastic deformation after stamping of clamp die, the forming process of clamp die was simulated by software ABAQUS, and the influence of the distribution of different friction characteristics on the surface of clamp die on the springback of forming part was studied. Firstly, the surface of clamp die was divided according to the characteristic structure of clamp die, and the springback amount of clamp forming part was used as the optimization target. Then, through the combination of single factor and uniform design, the distribution of optimal friction characteristics on the surface of clamp die was determined as μ5=0.12,μ6=0.13,μ7=0.14,μ9=0.16,μ10=0.18,μf=0.11,and the friction coefficient of other regions is 0.12. At this time, the springback amount of clamp forming part is the smallest. Based on the numerical simulation, the experimental verification was conducted. And the experiment results show that the springback of clamp forming part is improved.
