冷挤压直齿圆柱齿轮二级整形方法

摘要:

针对冷挤压齿轮单级冷精整过程中齿向精度容易受到齿轮端面质量影响的问题,提出了冷挤压齿轮二级整形工艺,并运用弹塑性有限元软件研究了一级整形量、二级整形量、一级凹模工作带长度、二级凹模工作带长度以及模间距对整形齿向精度的影响。数值模拟结果显示:采用二级整形工艺并选取合适的工艺参数,可使整形后齿轮的齿向精度稳定在8级。最后,针对数值模拟结果进行了冷挤压齿轮二级整形工艺试验,并对整形齿件进行了齿向精度检测。结果表明:采用二级整形工艺可在无齿轮端面预处理的前提下将齿向精度由10级提高到8级,试验结果与模拟结果相吻合。

For the problem that the tooth direction accuracy is easy to be affected by the quality of gear end in the process of single stage cold shaping for cold extruded gears, the two-stage shaping process of cold extruded gears was put forward, and the influences of one-stage shaping amount, two-stage shaping amount, one-stage working belt length of die, two-stage working belt length of die, and mold spacing on the tooth direction accuracy of shaping were studied by elastoplastic finite element software. Numerical simulation results show that the tooth direction accuracy of the gear after shaping is stable at level 8 by adopting the two-stage shaping process and selecting the appropriate process parameters. Finally, according to the numerical simulation results, the two-stage shaping process of cold extruded gear was tested, and the tooth direction accuracy of the shaping gear was measured. The results show that the two-stage shaping process improves the tooth direction accuracy from level 10 to level 8 without the gear end face pre-treatment, and the test results are consistent with the simulation results.
