90°弯头half厚板压弯回弹预测

摘要:

针对90°弯头half厚板压弯成形后回弹量大的问题,提出理论解析与有限元分析结合的方法,简化公式推导过程,便于理论回弹量的计算。以厚壁理论为基础,同时考虑剪切变形的影响,通过分析解析表达式特征,设置待定系数,减少模型假设,结合有限元分析结果,确定解析式中待定系数取值,计算压弯成形后的理论回弹量。进行90°弯头half厚板压弯实验,分别将未考虑剪切变形和考虑剪切变形的理论解析结果与实验结果进行对比。结果表明,理论解析结果与实验结果较为吻合,且考虑剪切变形的理论结果更接近实验结果,验证了此回弹预测方法的正确性,为90°弯头half厚板压弯成形后的状态预测和回弹量计算提供了参考。

 
For the problem of large springback for 90° elbow half plate in bending, a method combining theoretical analysis and finite element analysis was proposed, and the process of formula derivation was simplified to calculate the theoretical springback easily. Based on the theory of thick wall and considering the influence of shear deformation, the undetermined coefficients in the analytical formula was determined by analyzing the feature of analytical formula, setting undetermined coefficients, reducing the model hypothesis and combining the result of FEA, and the theoretical springback after bending was calculated. Then the,bending experiment of  90° elbow half plate was carried out, and the theoretical analysis results without and with considering shear deformation were compared with the results of experiment. The results show that the theoretical analysis results relatively match the experimental results, and the theoretical results with considering shear deformation are closer to the experiment results as well. Thus, the correctness of this prediction method for springback is verified to provide a reference for the condition prediction and the calculation springback of 90° elbow half plate in bending.
