摘要:

 根据汽车固定支架零件的成形难点和技术要求,设计了双排的排样方式。变不对称零件为对称性排样,不仅提高了材料的利用率,还可防止弯曲时因侧向力而产生的偏移;在中间载体上设置工艺弯边,增大料带的刚度;增设了整形工序,以减少弯曲过程中的回弹;设计了弯曲压筋复合工位,使工序紧凑。固定支架多工位级进模采用正装结构,导料板导向和导正销定距;设置了误送料感应装置,在送料错误时发出指示以切断电源,保护模具和设备;对于弯曲边上的孔,设计了吊楔机构,完成侧孔的冲裁。生产结果表明,固定支架多工位级进模结构紧凑,工艺设计合理,能满足零件尺寸精度和生产批量的要求。

 According to the technical requirements and forming difficulties of automobile fixed bracket, the doublerow layout was designed, and the asymmetrical part was designed by symmetrical layout. Therefore, the utilization of materials was improved, and the deviation caused by lateral force was prevented during the bending process. Then, the process bending edge in the middle carrier was designed to increase the rigidity of strip, the sizing process was designed to reduce the springback, and the compound station of bending and ribbing was designed to make the process compact. Furthermore, the multi-station progressive die for the fixed bracket was designed by thermal structure, the feeding direction was determined by the guide plate, and the feeding distance was determined by the pilots. Finally, a misfeed sensing device was set to give an indication to cut off the power and protect the die and equipment when feeding errors. For the hole in the bending edge, the overhang wedge mechanism was designed to punch the side holes. The production result shows that the multiposition progressive die for the fixed bracket has a compact structure and reasonable process design to meet the requirements of batch production and dimensional accuracy of parts.
