摘要:

通过对连接板的结构、板厚、材料等因素进行工艺分析,确定采用级进模设计方案进行制件生产。考虑到载体形式及边距因素,设计了7个冲裁、2个向下弯曲、2个向上弯曲、2个空工位、1个切断共14个冲压工序的双侧载体级进模排样,材料利用率为42.6%。进行了模具设计,冲裁凸模采用快换式结构,通过螺塞、顶柱固定,异形冲裁凸模采用局部搭肩定位,凹模采用镶块结构。设计了双排弹性浮料结构、双排导正销和内导柱导套等导料机构,确保了送料和导料精度。为了解决弯曲回弹问题,设计了30°向下弯曲、90°向下弯曲和30°向上弯曲、90°向上弯曲4种弯曲工艺,通过弹性推件机构进行压料和卸料,保证了弯曲精度。进行了模具加工和冲压实验,制件精度达到工艺要求。

Through the process analysis on the structure, thickness and material of connecting plate, the progressive die design scheme was adopted to produce the parts. Considering the carrier form and the margin factor, a progressive die layout with bilateral carrier was confirmed with fourteen punching stations including seven punching stations, two downward bending stations, two upward bending stations, two empty working stations and one cutting station,and the material utilization of layout was 42.6%. Then, the die design was carried out, the punch was designed as the fast-changing structure and fixed by screw plug and top pillar, the special-shaped punch was positioned by local shoulder, and the die was designed by insert structure. Furthermore, the double-row elastic floating material structure, the double-row guiding pin and the inner guiding column and guiding sleeve were designed to ensure the feeding and guiding accuracy. In order to solve the problem of bending springback, four bending stations of 30° downward bending, 90° downward bending, 30° upward bending and 90° upward bending were designed, and the pressing and discharging were realized by the elastic pushing mechanism to ensure the bending accuracy. The die processing and stamping experiment were completed, and the precision of parts reaches the technological requirements.
