楔传动机构在支架级进模具中的应用

摘要:

针对支架零件在级进模具上冲压易产生的回弹而影响零件精度的问题,应用经验数据分析了回弹变化的趋势和程度,针对性地提出了用楔传动机构在水平方向冲压减少回弹的有效措施。利用楔传动机构可以实现除冲压方向以外的任意方向施力冲压的特点,通过合理地排样设计,分别在3个工位设置了3个楔传动机构。通过对滑块在水平方向上移动距离的分析,在查询了斜楔角度和斜楔滑块角度图的基础上,确定了楔传动机构的斜楔角为45°。通过对整个模具的工作原理分析得出:应用楔传动机构对支架进行弯曲和整形加工,保证了支架零件的成形精度,提高了支架零件冲压的效率。

For the problem of springback easily produced when the bracket parts were pressed on the progressive die which affected the accuracy of parts, the trend and extent of springback change were analyzed by the empirical data, and the effective measures of reducing springback in horizontal stamping with wedge drive mechanism were pertinently put forward. Because of the feature that the wedge drive mechanism could press in any direction except stamping direction, three wedge drive mechanisms were set up at three work stations by the reasonable layout design. Then, the wedge angle of wedge drive mechanism were determined to be 45 ° by the analysis of the slider moving distance in the horizontal direction and based on the query of the diagram of wedge angle and wedge slide angle. Through the analysis of the working principle of the whole die, it shows that bending and shaping the bracket with wedge drive mechanism ensure the forming accuracy of  bracket parts and improve its stamping efficiency.
