内支架少废料级进模设计

摘要:

根据内支架零件的形状、尺寸、材料及生产批量要求,对内支架零件进行工艺分析。对传统工艺方案进行了改进,制定了取消工件间搭边的少废料冲裁工艺方案,降低了冲压生产成本。由于取消了工件间的搭边,采用切断、U形弯曲、45°斜边弯曲、成形的工作顺序,使模具工作过程流畅,提高了生产效率并保证了产品质量。根据冲裁工艺方案,设计了内支架零件少废料级进模,成形材料包裹在成形芯棒上,保证切断后的材料相互推挤移动,成形芯棒上下移动,对材料进行成形。最后,分析了模具结构特点与工作原理,介绍了模具关键结构及设计要点。
 

According to the requirements of shape, size, material and production batch of inner support parts, the process analysis of inner support parts was carried out. Then, the traditional process scheme was improved, and the blanking process scheme with small scrap of eliminating clearances between workpieces was formulated to reduce the cost of stamping production. Due to the cancellation of clearancess between workpieces, the die work process was conducted smoothly by the working sequence of cutting, U-shaped bending, 45° bevel edge bending and forming, the production efficiency was improved, and the product quality was ensured. According to the blanking process scheme, for inner support parts, the progressive die with small scrap was designed, and the forming mandrel was wrapped by the forming materials. Furthermore, the materials after cutting was ensured to push each other and move, and the forming mandrel moved up and down to form the material. Finally, the characteristics and working principle of the die structure were analyzed, and the key structure and design points of the die were introduced.
