压延圈冲压工艺与模具设计

摘要:

 根据压延圈零件的尺寸、结构和批量要求,分析了零件的冲压工艺,通过对各工艺方案进行比较,设计了落料-拉深和冲孔-反拉深-翻边两套复合模具。在落料-拉深复合模设计中,解决了板料的进、出料及模具结构优化等问题;在冲孔-反拉深-翻边复合模设计中,借助4个挡料杆对落料-拉深后的零件进行定位,解决了零件在成形过程中的偏移问题。详细介绍了两套复合模具中主要零件的相关计算及具体工作过程,并使用Pro/E软件完成了模具的三维设计。经实际生产验证,两套复合模具可大大提高生产效率,其合理的模具结构完全能够保证压延圈零件的相关尺寸要求,节约了制造成本。

 According to size, structure and bulk requirements of blank holder part, its stamping process was analyzed, and two sets of compound die of blankingdrawing and punchingreverse drawingflanging were designed by comparing  various process schemes. Then, the problems of feeding and discharging of sheet metal and the optimization of die structure were solved in the design of the blankingdrawing compound die, and the deviation of part in the forming process was solved by using four baffle rods to locate the part after blankingdrawing in the design of the punchingreverse drawingflanging compound die. Furthermore, the related calculation of main parts and the specific working process of two compound dies were introduced in detail, and the 3D design of dies were completed by software Pro/E. After the actual production, the two compound dies can greatly improve the efficiency of production, and the reasonable die structure can ensure size requirements of blank holder part to reduce production cost.
