铝合金空间异形薄壁构件塑性成形工艺

摘要:

分析了某5A06铝合金空间异形薄壁构件结构特点,并进行成形工艺分析,制定了冷成形+热成形的多道次复合成形工艺方案。通过有限元分析软件分别进行异形曲面冲压成形、圆孔翻边成形、窗口翻边成形的有限元模拟,预估了易出现褶皱和开裂缺陷区域,并提出热成形解决方案;逆向生成了毛坯,并通过优化得出最终下料尺寸。设计了模具,并进行了异形曲面热成形、圆孔冷翻边成形以及近矩形窗口翻边热成形工艺试验,试验件主体型面与检测样板间隙小于0.5 mm,无褶皱和开裂缺陷。试验结果同有限元分析结果一致,证明有限元分析对铝合金空间异形薄壁构件塑性成形工艺研究具有较强的指导意义,以及热冲压+冷翻边+冷折弯+热翻边的复合塑性成形工艺方案的可行性。

The structural characteristics of 5A06 aluminum alloy thin-walled profiled part and the forming process were analyzed, and the multi-pass compounding process scheme of cold forming and hot forming was conducted. Then, the profiled surface stamping, the round hole flanging, and the window flanging were numerically simulated by the analysis software, the wrinkle and cracking defect area produced easily were predicted, and the hot forming solution was put forward. Furthermore, the blank was reversely produced, and the final blank size was optimized. The die was designed, and the experiments including profiled surface hot forming, round hole cold flanging and near-rectangular window hot flanging were carried out. The gap between the main body surface of the test workpiece and the test sample was less than 0.5 mm, and wrinkles and cracking defects did not occur. The test results were consistent with that of the finite element analysis, which proved that finite element analysis had a strong guiding significance for the study of plastic forming process of aluminum alloy profiled thin-walled components, and the hot stamping+cold flanging+cold bending+hot flanging composite plastic forming were feasible.
