摘要:

针对打印机上的转轴固定板零件的成形技术要求和结构特点,进行了排样设计和级进模结构设计,详述了模具的工作零件及导向、定位、卸料装置的结构设计。选用四导柱内侧滑动导柱模架,其承载力大、运作平稳;采用多次弯曲的工艺方式,减少了弯曲回弹;设计了弹压导板系统对凸模进行导向;采用导正销确定送料步距,定位准确可靠;弹性卸料装置冲压时具有压料的作用,保证零件的平整;凸模采用加强结构,凹模采用整体与镶拼结合的结构设计,降低加工难度,便于模具修配;成品与废料自行分离,降低了劳动强度;设计了模具三维结构图,直观易懂。实际生产表明,转轴固定板多工位级进模工艺合理,能够满足生产和使用要求。
 

According to forming technical requirements and structure characteristics of shaft setting plate in the printer, the layout and multi-position progressive dies were designed, and the structure design of working parts,guiding devices, locations and strippers of die were detailed. Then, the inner four-guide pillar and sliding die sets were selected with stronger bearing capacity and smoothly operation, and the springback was reduced by multi-bending process. Next, the spring guide plate system was designed to guide the punch, and the feeding step was determined by the pilot to guarantee the positioning accurately. The spring stripper device could press the material during stamping to guarantee the flatness of parts, and the punches were strengthened and the dies were designed by combining with the whole and inserts so as to reduce the machining difficult and make the die be repaired easily. Furthermore, the parts and wastes were separated by themselves to reduce the labor intensity, and the 3D structural drawing of die was designed to be read easily. In addition, the production results show that the process of the multi-position progressive dies for the shaft setting plate is reasonable, which meets the requirements of production and usage.
