汽车半轴锻造成形工艺设计

摘要:

针对半轴法兰盘摆辗成形工艺中存在的分模面飞边、盘部厚薄不均、产生纵向飞边等问题,拟采用液压机闭式模锻工艺成形半轴法兰盘。通过有限元软件对闭式模锻工艺进行了数值模拟分析,根据充填效果、终锻温度场、行程载荷、等效应变和等效应力的分布,验证了成形工艺的正确性并优化了模具结构。在液压机上成功试制出半轴锻件,工艺试验结果与模拟结果吻合,成形产品尺寸精度高,质量可靠,满足设计要求。与原有工艺相比,存在的问题基本消除,产品一致性好,免去了粗车加工。

For the problems of flash at parting surface,out-of-flatness and longitudinal flash in the rotary forming of automobile half-axle flange, the half-axle flange was produced by the hydraulic press closed die forging, and its forging process was simulated by the finite element numerical simulation. Based on the filling effect, finish forging temperature field, the load-stroke, equivalent strain and equivalent stress distribution, the forming technology was verified, and the die structure was optimized.  Then, the half-axle flange forging was produced by hydraulic press, which showed a good agreement with numerical simulation results, the forming products met the design requirements with high dimensional accuracy and reliable quality. The result show that the existing defects are basically eliminated comparied to the original technology, as well as the rough machining is avoided because of good product consistency.
