基于灰色关联度筒形件强力旋压工艺参数优化

摘要:

错距旋压成形过程中,工艺参数的选取对其尺寸精度的好坏至关重要。采用正交试验法,选取减薄率、错距、旋轮圆角半径、进给比为试验因素,以工件圆度、直线度和内径扩径量为尺寸精度评价指标,获得9组试验数据。采用灰色关联度法对所得的正交试验数据进行分析处理,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,并得出了优化的连杆衬套工艺参数组合方案。试验结果表明,采用优化的工艺参数对连杆衬套进行旋压,可有效地减小圆度误差、直线度误差和内径扩径量,提高旋压件的尺寸精度。

The selection of process parameters is very important to ensure the dimensional accuracy in the process of stagger spinning. The test data from nine groups were obtained based on orthogonal experiment by taking the roundness, straightness and inner diameter expansion amount as the evaluation indexes, and the thinning rate, stagger,round corner radius of spinning wheel and feed ratio as the experimental factors. The orthogonal test data were analyzed by the method of grey correlation degree analysis, and the multi-objective optimization problem was then turned to a single-objective optimization problem. Thus, the optimized process parameters for bushings of connecting rod were obtained. The result shows that the roundness error, straightness error and inner diameter expansion amount can be reduced, and the dimensional accuracy of spinning parts can be improved effectively by the optimized process parameters.
