保险杠安装支架级进模具的应用与研究

摘要:
介绍了一种轿车保险杠安装支架级进钢板模具的应用。通过对保险杠安装支架冲压工艺及模具结构的分析,设计了一套级进模的冲压生产工艺及模具来完成生产,由卷料自动进给,经多个工位的逐步连续冲压实现零件的自动化生产,通过多个定位装置对进入模具内的板料进行精准定位,提高了生产效率,且降低了模具工装的冲次费用及人工费用。通过实物在线生产验证,本保险杠安装支架的冲压工艺及级进模具满足了产品的精度要求及品质要求,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。
It was introduced that the application of a car bumper mounting bracket progressive steel plate mould. Then, by analyzing the stamping process and die structure of the bumper mounting bracket, a set of progressive die for stamping process and the die were designed to complete the production. By the automatic feeding of the coil and the gradual continuous stamping of several stations, the automatic production of parts was realized. Furthermore, the sheet in the die was positioned precisely by a number of positioning devices to greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the tooling cost of the punch and labor costs. Finally, by on-line production verification, the stamping process and progressive die of the bumper mounting bracket ensured the precision requirements and quality requirements with high efficiency and low production cost.
