基于正交试验的前围板拉延成形工艺参数优化

摘要:

针对某车型前围板的拉延成形工序进行研究,采用正交试验进行试验方案设计。以最大减薄率φ1和起皱评价函数φ2作为优化目标函数,压边力F、摩擦系数μ和凹模下压速度v作为影响因素进行多目标优化,最终得到最优参数组合:F=600 kN、μ=0.125、v=15 mm·s-1。通过在工厂实际试模中检验,能够获得合格的零件。将数值模拟结果和实际试模进行对比,发现数值模拟结果和实际试模一致,零件无拉裂缺陷,零件局部起皱,起皱区域主要位于切边线以外。试验表明,将数值模拟和正交试验相结合可以有效对冲压成形工艺参数进行优化。

The drawing process of a front panel was studied, and the experiment was designed by orthogonal experiment. Then, a multi-objective optimization was conducted by the optimization objective functions of the maximum thinning φ1 and wrinkling evaluation function φ2 and the influencing factors of blank holding force F, friction coefficient μ and concave die velocity v. Thus, through the actual tests in factory, the results show that the qualified parts can be obtained with the optimal parameters F=600 kN, μ=0.125 and v=15 mm·s-1. The results of numerical simulation are in agreement with the actual results without crackled defects. Furthermore, the wrinkling areas are mainly located beyond the trimming line. The experiment results show that the combination of numerical simulation and orthogonal experiment can optimize the process parameters of stamping process effectively.
