某汽车发动机罩内板冲压成形数值模拟及试验

摘要:
针对某汽车发动机罩内板件,通过工艺分析确定其成形工艺,并建立成形过程的有限元模型,对其进行全工序的数值模拟。根据数值模拟结果对发动机罩内板件的板料进行了优化,该零件最初采用矩形板料拉延成形,通过数值模拟优化,最终确定采用材料利用率较高的弧形板料。采用弧形板料得到该零件的材料利用率从原来的46.69%提高到50.92%。有限元软件的模拟结果与实际试模情况进行比较,得出模拟结果和实验基本吻合,验证了本文建立的有限元模型的正确性。
For automobile hood inner panel, the forming process was determined by process analysis, and the finite element model of the stamping forming process was established to simulate the complete forming process. Then, according to the simulation results of the hood inner panel, the initial blank was optimized with a rectangular sheet, and an arc sheet with higher material utilization was determined at last. Therefore, the material utilization increased from 46.69% to 50.92%. Compared the simulation result of the finite element software with experiment result, the simulation results and experiment results were basically consistent, and the established finite element model was validity.
