汽车6016-T4铝合金板材成形性能实验及数值模拟

摘要:
利用实验与数值模拟结合的方法研究6016-T4铝合金板材室温下材料的成形性能。通过铝合金板材室温拉深实验,得到极限拉深比为1.913;针对铝合金板材成形实验过程,采用DYNAFORM有限元分析软件进行模拟分析,得到极限拉深比为1.925。实验结果与模拟结果表明,随着板料尺寸的增加,成形板料圆角区域的厚度逐渐减小,凸模行程曲线、拉深深度和板料厚度分布对比的结果显示,模拟结果与实验结果具有良好的一致性,进一步为汽车铝合金覆盖件成形工艺研究分析提供参考。
The formability of Al alloy 6016-T4 was investigated at room temperature by combining experiment with numerical simulation. Then, the limit drawing ratio of 1.913 was got by sheet metal deep drawing experiments. Furthermore, the process of sheet metal drawing was simulated and analyzed by DYNAFORM finite element software, and the limit drawing ratio of 1.925 was obtained. The results of experiment and numerical simulation show that the thickness of rounded area in sheet metal decreases gradually with the increasing size of the sheet metal. At last, the contrast results of the punch stroke curve, deep drawing sheet thickness distribution and depth show that the simulation results fit well with the experimental ones. It provides a reference for further research and analysis of stamping process for automotive Al alloy.
