汽车前纵梁成形回弹控制

摘要:
为了解决高强板前纵梁成形过程中存在的回弹问题,采用Dynaform软件建立前纵梁的拉延成形工序有限元模型,并进行有限元模拟以预测回弹量。然后根据回弹预测,进行偏差分析以及模面补偿。根据其有限元模拟的回弹预测结果,在拉延成形工序,对顶平面、侧壁以及法兰等区域进行补偿,补偿后所得成形模具用于试制,得到的拉延件经过切边工序获得合格制件,最后采用白光扫描对制件进行检测。检测结果表明,各检测点的偏差合格率在95%以上,即汽车前纵梁零件的最终回弹量控制达到允许范围内。
For the spring-back problem in forming of high-strength front rail, the finite element model (FEM) of front rail was established by Dynaform, and the spring-back process was simulated and the value of spring-back was predicted. Then, the deviation analysis and die surface compensation were made according to the spring-back prediction. Then, areas such as the top plate, the side wall and the flange were compensated in the drawing, and the drawing die was manufactured to produce the product. Furthermore, a qualified part was obtained after trimming. Finally, the test part was verified by the white light scanning. The result shows that the deviation of each detection point is above 95%, which means that the spring-back is controlled among the allowance range.
