高强钢轿车侧围门槛后连接板成形工艺及模具设计

摘要:

 考虑到汽车乘员的安全性及汽车轻量化,高强度钢板在汽车制造业中的使用越来越广。某轿车侧围门槛后连接板的材料为高强钢DP590,其屈服强度高,抗拉强度大。针对该零件的几何特性及成形中存在的难点进行了成形工艺分析,确定了采用4套复合模来完成制件成形的冲压工艺方案;对制件的拉延模和剖切、冲孔、切边、修边复合模进行了结构设计,并对剖切、冲孔、修边复合模中的剖切部分的模具结构进行了具体分析设计。生产实践证明,采用该工艺方案设计的4套复合模具能提高加工效率和产品质量,能满足某高强侧围门槛后连接板零件的大批量生产需要。

 Considering the occupant safety and automobile lightweight, the application of high strength steel plate in automobile manufacturing industry is more and more widely. The material of the connecting plate of a car side threshold is high strength steel DP590, which has high yield strength and tensile strength. In view of geometric characteristics and the presence of the forming difficulties, the forming process of the part was analyzed, and the plan of adopting four sets of compound die to complete the stamping process of forming parts was determined. The structural design for drawing die and compound die with cutting,punching,trimming and repairing was conducted, and the structure of cutting parts of the compound die was analyzed in detail. Production practice proves that the designed four sets of compound die plan can improve the processing efficiency and product quality, and also meet mass production of the needs of the connecting plate of a car side threshold.
