拉延筋、压边力对冲压件成形性能的影响研究

摘要:
冲压成形中合理的拉延筋、压边力是减少起皱、拉裂、回弹、拉深不足等的有效措施。以某车型汽车A柱加强板为对象,应用冲压仿真软件Dynaform,研究拉延筋、压边力对冲压件成形质量的影响,详细分析了模面有拉延筋、无拉延筋和不同压边力条件下工件的Z向最大回弹量、最大材料流入量、最大减薄量、最大增厚量和成形极限。分析结果表明:使用拉延筋后,工件的回弹缺陷得到控制,工件的最大增厚率下降,减小了起皱缺陷;压边力对工件成形质量有较大影响,压边力太大工件会出现破裂缺陷,压边力为100 kN是A柱下加强板最优的工艺参数。冲压试验结果与模拟结果吻合较好。
The reasonable choices of drawbead and blank holder force are regarded as an effective method to reduce forming defects such as wrinkling, cracking, springback and insufficiently drawing in the stamping process. For the reinforcing plate of A column in the car, the influences of drawbead and blank holder forces on stamping quality of the workpiece were analyzed by the simulation software Dynaform, and the maximum springback along Z direction, the maximum edge movement of the material, the maximum thinning, the maximum thickening and the forming limit diagram were studied thoroughly under conditions of die surface with drawbead and without drawbead as well as the different blank holder forces. Simulation results show that under the condition of die surface with drawbead, the springback is reduced, the maximum thickening is decreased, and the wrinkling defect is decreased for formed workpiece. Furthermore, blank holder force has great influence on the forming quality of the workpiece, and the workpiece cracks when blank holder force is too large. Blank holder force of 100 kN is regarded as the optimum process parameter to form the reinforcing plate of A column according to the actual production which brings a good agreement with the simulation results.
