SSP定宽压力机定宽过程的有限元分析

利用SolidWorks建立板坯定宽几何模型,并在非线性大变形有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA中系统的模拟了板坯定宽全过程,研究了板坯在不同侧压区域的侧压冲击力及应力状态变化规律,对比了相同规格板坯在不同侧压量下及不同规格板坯在相同侧压量下的模拟结果。结果表明:板坯头尾部是非稳定变形区,板坯中部是稳定变形区;板坯侧压冲击力、板坯应力以及截面狗骨高度都随侧压量的增加而增大;板坯厚度与冲击力和狗骨高度成正比,板坯宽度与冲击力和狗骨高度成反比。因此,合理选择侧压量及板坯规格,严格控制冲击力的大小,不仅有利于改善板坯质量、提高设备使用寿命,也为生产现场定制板坯规程提供了参考。

The geometry model of slab sizing press was established by SolidWorks, and the whole process of slab sizing press was simulated and analyzed by the nonlinear large deformation finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The variation regularity of the side impact force and stress state in different lateral regions was researched, and the simulation results were compared with the same size slabs under different lateral pressure widths and the different size slabs under the same lateral pressure width. The results show that the non-steady deformation region exists on the slab head and tail, while the central slab is the steady deformation region. The slab impact force, stress and the dog bone height increase with the rise of lateral pressure width, the thickness of the slab is proportional to the impact force and the height of dog bone, while the width of the slab is inversely proportional to the impact force and dog bone height. Therefore, a reasonable selection of slab width and the slab specifications as well as the strict control the size of impact force which can not only improve the quality of the slab and the service life of the equipment, but also provide a reference for the production of the customized slab regulations.
