粉末冶金汽车水泵叶轮模具设计

摘要:
根据汽车水泵叶轮的结构特点,设计了粉末冶金工艺的压模结构,详细论述了其压制过程及模具设计制造和调试要点。由于该叶轮叶片为开放形离散形状,故装粉采用八瓣吸入、压制时采用浮动、脱模采用辅助气缸顶出的模具设计,使得叶轮一次性压注成形,再经过烧结、机加、清洗、抛光、浸油等工序,最终产品在材料的密度、硬度、精度等方面的技术指标均达到了用户要求,开发出的叶轮可以替代进口产品。该压制模具结构设计合理,保证了压制质量,实际使用效果良好,达到设计要求。
According to the structure characteristics of the auto water pump impeller, the mould structure for powder metallurgy process was designed and the compacting process and key points for mould designing, manufacturing and debugging were presented in details. Because the impeller blade was an open discrete shape, the loading power was realized by eight petal inhaling method. Further, the floating method was used when the power was compressed, and the auxiliary cylinder ejected the part when it was demoulded, and the impeller could be shaped at one-time. Through the process of sintering, machining, cleaning, polishing, oil treating, all the aspects of final products such as material density, hardness and precision of the technical indicators could satisfy the customers requirements, so the imported products could be substituted. The design of compacting mould structure was reasonable and the quality of part could be ensured. Finally, it works well in real manufacturing situations, and the design requirement could be met.
