分块式压边圈盒形件成形数值模拟研究

摘要:

建立了分块式压边圈盒形件冲压数值模型,通过在压边圈的短直边Ⅰ、圆角部分Ⅱ、长直边Ⅲ的3个区域施加不同的载荷,研究了定压边力和变压边力对板料冲压成形的影响规律,并以冲压制件的起皱、破裂和厚度分布作为评判标准。研究发现,在定压边力时,圆角区压边力的变化对盒形件拉深成形影响较小,短直边和长直边压边圈压边力变化对拉深成形影响较大,其中长直边影响最大;相对于恒压边力,采用变压边力能够很好地提高板料的成形性能,其中∧型压边力加载方式效果最好。
 

The simulation model of box-rectangular part stamping by chunked blank holder was established. The influences of constant blankholder force and variable blankholder force on stamping were studied by different loadings on three areas of short straight edgeⅠ, fillet partⅡ, long straight edgeⅢ, and the wrinkle, fracture and thickness distribution of stamping parts were regarded as evaluation standard. The study shows that when the blankholder force is constant, the changing pressure in fillet area has little effect on the formability of drawing, while the changing on the short straight and long straight edge have a greater influence on the deep drawing, especially the long straight edge. However, when the blankholder force is variable, the formability of drawing can be improved well compared with that of constant blankholder force  of which the ∧ type of blankholder force is the best.
