机械行业标准《汽车发电机用精锻爪极通用技术条件》研制的必要性和技术概要

摘要:

随着汽车产业的飞速发展,汽车发电机用精锻爪极的制造水平和技术水平也越来越高。而目前行业内还没有汽车发电机用精锻爪极制造的相关行业标准。在参考了相关国内外标准的基础上,结合多年的汽车发电机用精锻爪极的生产制造经验,从原材料、坯料的加热、热处理与表面清理、晶粒度、硬度、外观及表面缺陷、尺寸形状及位置公差、动不平衡量、表面粗糙度、磁感应强度、检验规则以及标志、包装、运输和贮存等方面建立了汽车发电机用精锻爪极的通用技术条件。

With the rapid development of automobile industry, the level of manufacture and technology for precision forged claw poles for automobile generator gets higher and higher. But the industry of precision forged claw poles for automobile generator lacks of a general standard. Consulting the related domestic and overseas specifications and combining with years of experience in manufacturing precision forged claw poles for automobile generator, the general specifications were constituted dealing with raw materials,heating, heat treatment and surface cleaning, grain sizes, hardness, appearance and surface defect, geometric requirements and position tolerance, dynamic unbalance, surface roughness, magnetism induction intensity, testing rules, labels, transporting and storage etc.
