外壳底座多工位级进模设计

摘要:

多工位级进模是一种高效、高速、高质、长寿的实用冲压模具,适合大批量生产小型、形状复杂的立体成形件。针对外壳底座的成形难点和工艺特点进行了排样设计和多工位级进模结构设计。增设了辅助导向即弹压导板导向装置,提高模具的导向精度;使用双侧刃加两个导正销的定距方式,消除了多工位级进模的送料误差,保证了送料和定位精度;采用有工艺切口的带料连续冲压,改善材料的流动,防止起皱和拉裂;增大凸模固定段尺寸和加保护套等提高凸模的强度和刚度,防止冲压过程中弯曲折断;凹模由4个拼块镶拼而成,便于加工和修配。生产结果表明,外壳底座多工位级进模能满足生产效率和产品质量的要求。

Multi-position progressive die is of high productivity, high speed, high quality and long life, and it is applied comprehensively to produce small and complex forming parts. The multi-position layout and dies were designed for the shell base in consideration of the difficult forming and the technical characteristics. The spring guide plate was designed additionally to improve the guiding precision. The location devices with double side blades and two pilots were designed to eliminate the positioning error, and guarantee the feeding and location precisions. Progressive strip stamping with process cut was designed to improve the liquidity of material and prevent from wrinkling and cracking. The fixed end dimension of small punch was enlarged and protective sleeve was set up to increase its strength and rigidity in order to prevent from bending and breaking in the stamping process. The die consisted of four inlays which is convenient for making and maintaining conveniently. The production results show that the product quality and productivity of shell base can be met by using multi-position progressive die.
