双向隔离片多工位级进模设计

摘要:
针对双向隔离片制件的成形难点和技术要求进行了排样设计和多工位级进模结构设计;详述了导向装置、定位装置、卸料装置和工作零件的结构设计。选用了高精度等级的对角导向滑动导柱模架,运作平稳无偏斜;设计了弹压导板导向结构,对凸模进行导向,保护细小凸模,提高导向精度;采用有沿边、有搭边、中间载体送料的排样方式,增大带料的刚度;使用双侧刃对称布置定距、双侧导料板导向的定位方式;加大小尺寸凸模固定端的尺寸,提高其强度和刚度;设计了镶拼结构的凹模,降低加工难度,便于刃磨和维修;采用弹性卸料装置,卸料可靠、安全,能确保送料顺畅,提高生产率,冲压前有压料作用,可使制件和带料平直,防止弯曲过程中带料的偏移,减少回弹。生产结果表明,双向隔离片多工位级进模能满足制件质量和生产率的要求。
The layout and structure of multi-position progressive die were designed for the bidirectional isolated pad in consideration of the forming difficulty and technical requirement. The design of guiding devices, locations, strippers and working parts were described in detail. The sliding guide die for diagonal pillar sets with high guiding precision were selected, which operated smoothly without deflection. The spring guide plate guiding punch was designed to improve guiding precision and protect small punches. The nesting with scrap, bridge and center carrier was designed to enhance the rigidity of strip. Double-sided blades were symmetrically installed and the location was guided by bilateral stock guides. The fixed end dimension of small punch was enlarged to increase its strength and rigidity. The die with inserts was designed to reduce the manufacturing complexity and for the convenience of sharpening and maintenance. Spring strippers were operated reliably and safely to ensure feeding smoothly and improve productivity. The strip was pressed before stamping to ensure the flatness and straight of parts and strips, while prevent from deviation in the process of bending and reduce the springback. The production results show that quality and productivity can be achieved by the multi-position die with bidirectional isolated pad.
