温等静压成形设备验收方案探讨

摘要:
温等静压成形技术由于其良好的成形性能而逐渐成为行业内研究的重点。为引导温等静压成形设备满足国家相关标准规定,规范该类市场,从性能、安全和环保3方面对温等静压成形设备进行了分析。通过吸收、借鉴国内相关技术标准,并充分考虑温等静压成形特点,系统地分析了电气安全、性能试验、噪声试验、运转试验、负荷试验、可靠性和电磁兼容等测试项目,并制定了相应的检测验收方案。检测项目根据国家相关标准梳理,项目齐全,条理清晰,检测方法可行。
 
Warm isostactic press forming technology has become a focus in the technical field for its good formability. In order to meet the national standards and standardize the warm isostatic press market, the warm isostatic press forming equipment was analyzed from three aspects as capability, safety and environmental protection. By absorbing and referring the related technical standards and considering the characteristics of warm isostatic press forming, the test items including electric safety, capability experiment, noise experiment, running experiment, loading experiment, reliability, electromagnetic compatibility and so on were analyzed systematically, and the corresponding acceptance checks were made. According to the relevant national standards, the test items are achieved with integrity and clarity, and the detection methods are feasible.
