CAE分析在汽车外板件表面质量提升中的应用

摘要:

使用CAE模拟分析技术对现实生产中车门外板表面质量改进方案进行研究。在某车型前门外板中下部表面折痕问题的整改过程中,通过模拟模型建立生产中的实际生产条件,再现生产中质量缺陷。在模拟过程中验证各改进方案的效果并最终通过进料量、过程缺陷分析、主应变均匀程度、斑马线效果等分析手段对模拟结果进行量化的效果确认,最终得出修改方案。在对实际模具进行改进后,经效果确认,缺陷消除,与分析过程相吻合。应用改进后的方案,较传统的直接修改模具进行验证的方法,更加准确、指导性强。大幅度缩短了修改周期、降低修改成本、提升模具质量。

Using AutoForm software as analysis platform, the improved plans of surface quality for door outer panel were researched. During the improvement on surface crease of middle or low location for automobile front door outer panel, the actual production conditions were simulated by simulation software, and the defect in actual production was reproduced. The effect of improved plans during simulation was quantized and verified by feed, defect analysis of the process, the uniformity of major strain and zebra line effective etc., and the optimal improved plan was obtained at last. After improvement and affect affirmation, the defect was eliminated, and it agreed with the simulation process. Compared with the traditional method of repairing die directly , the improved method was of high accurate and strong guidancewhich shortens the period of repair substantiallyreduces the repair cost and improves the die quality.
