摘要:
与单旋轮旋压机相比,双旋轮旋压机具有效率高、稳定性好等特点。根据双旋轮旋压机的工作特点以及相关的技术要求对双旋轮旋压机的机械部分进行了设计,主要包括总体结构设计、床身设计、纵向及横向传动机构设计。采用左右旋丝杠来实现单个伺服电机同时带动两个旋轮完成同步径向运动;选用直线导轨来实现机床的导向以保证机床的导向精度;床身采用焊接结构,通过合理布置内部加强筋来提高强度和刚度。设计计算表明,该旋压机床的床身具有较高的强度和刚度,纵向移动机构和横向移动机构分别能够提供30和20 kN的旋压力。
 Compared with the spinning machine with single roller, the spinning machine with double rollers has the characteristics of higher efficiency and better stability,etc. The mechanical structures of spinning machine with double rollers were designed based on their working characteristics and related technical requirements, which mainly included the design of overall structure, main body, longitudinal and horizontal transmission mechanisms. The lead screw with left and right hand thread was used to realize the synchronous radial feeding of two rollers under the driven of single servo motor; the linear guides were adopted to realize the precision of guidance of spinning machine; the main body was manufactured by welding, and the strength and stiffness of main body were improved by the flexibly setting reinforcing ribs. The calculated results show that the main body of designed spinning machine has high strength and stiffness, and the longitudinal and horizontal moving mechanisms can provide 30 and 20 kN spinning forces, respectively.
