计算机模拟在轧制孔型优化和控制中的应用

摘要:

 通过计算机辅助软件完成棒材轧制孔型优化中的计算、成形工作,调入经优化的孔型系列,应用计算机变形模拟软件,建立轧制变形中的温度场和应力应变场变化的模拟方法。采用计算机模拟手段预测控制轧制技术中温度扩散时间对于过程温度波动的控制水平,同时完成了不同润滑条件对于轧制变形集中区域大小影响的分析。最终通过实际轧制实验验证了优化后孔型道次变形均匀性的控制水平和控制轧制技术实际应用后性能稳定性的控制能力,结果显示,实际轧件各区域组织均匀一致,钛合金轧件间强度波动小于20 MPa,实现了孔型优化和轧制控制对于轧制稳定性提升的目标。

 The calculation and forming process of rolling-pass optimization were completed by using computer aided software. Simulation methods of change for temperature field and stress-strain field when rolling were established by using deform-3D. Temperature control level of temperature diffusion time on temperature fluctuation in control rolling technology was predicted by using computer simulation,at the same time, the influence analysis of different lubrication conditions on concentration of rolling deformation was completed. Finally, the control level of deformation homogeneity for passes and control capacity of performance stability by using control rolling technology after optimization were verified through actual rolling experiment. The results show that rolled pieces have uniform regional organization, strength variance between all rolling experiment titanium bars is less than 20 MPa,which realizes the targets of pass optimization and improvement of rolling stability by rolling control.
