型材拉弯数值模拟轨迹建模方法

摘要:

 提出了基于连接单元的数值模拟夹钳轨迹建模方法,采用滑块、铰链和连杆,建立了张臂式数控拉弯多体系统和运动关系几何模型。利用型材拉弯的应变中性层位于模具型面特征位置所在纤维层,推导出等曲率拉弯模具的夹钳轨迹控制参数求解算法,并将结果用于夹钳运动轨迹控制。同时,使用连接单元建立型材拉弯有限元模型,模拟获得了工艺参数对拉弯回弹的影响规律。试验结果与数值模拟结果的回弹变化趋势吻合,证实了基于连接单元的数值模拟夹钳轨迹建模方法的有效性和可靠性。 

 

 The method of jaw trajectory modeling simulated on account of connectors was put forward. The geometric model of multi-body mechanism model and kinematic relation for CNC stretch wrap forming machine were established by using translator, hinge and beam. Assuming the position of strain neutral layer located at the feature position of die surface, a solving algorithm for control parameters of jaw trajectory iso-curvature of stretch bending die was suggested. The result was used to control the jaw trajectory. Meanwhile, finite element model of bar stretch bending was established by using connector elements,and the influence laws of process parameters on springback were obtained. The springback results of simulation and experiment have the same tendency which proves that the method is reliable and effective.
