汽车车架纵梁孔的工艺研究

车架是汽车的重要零部件之一,整车上的所有零件都要通过车架纵梁上的孔来安装到车架上,车架纵梁孔的加工会影响到车架纵梁的布局结构、质量控制和生产效率。对卡车车架纵梁常见孔的用途、种类和布局模式进行研究,阐述了车架与部件、部件与安装孔的相互关系,且从规模、质量、投资等方面对纵梁孔的不同加工方式进行了分析,并对设计中的常见问题提出了改进建议。研究表明:车架纵梁孔直径选择应标准化,布置应规范化;孔组精度需达到±0.3 mm,单根梁孔数不超500个;优先选用数控冲等柔性加工设备,且从接到纵梁图纸到完成孔加工的周期尽量控制在5天内。
The frame is one of important components of automobile and all parts of the vehicle are installed on the frame through the holes in longitudinal beam of frame. The overall arrangement, quality control and production efficiency of longitudinal beam of frame were affected by the machining of holes in longitudinal beam of automobile frame. The application, class and overall arrangement of common holes of longitudinal beam for truck frame were studied, and the relationship between frame and parts, and parts and mounting holes were also elaborated. The process methods of holes in longitudinal beam were analyzed from the aspects of scale, quality and investment, etc. And the improvement suggestions for the frequently question about design were provided. The results show that the diameter of holes in longitudinal beam of frame must be standardized and their arrangement must be normalized. The accuracy of group holes should achieve to±0.3 mm, and the number of holes for each beam should not exceed 500. The flexible manufacturing facilities, such as CNC punching, ect., are chosen preferentially, and the procession period from receiving drawing of longitudinal beam to accomplishment of hole process should be kept within 5 days as soon as possible.
